This charming hotel is ideally located right next to the mall and provides stunning views of the valley. the staff is fantastic and extremely helpful, catering to specific group needs. the food is delicious, especially at Cafe Tavern, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. On the Dusshera festival, the hotel decor is fabulous and adds to the festive spirit.

nothing bothered me with the hotel. the property is situated within short walking distance to every place i like, for example union church.

I recently stayed at Fern Brentwood Resort and had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient, being just a minute's walk away from the mall. The rooms were spacious, with large glass windows offering beautiful views. The bathrooms were clean and equipped with quality toiletries. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of delicious dishes. The staff was friendly and the owner, Mr. Sandeep Sahni, personally ensured our comfort. Sitting in the lawns and enjoying the panoramic view of the Doon valley was truly rejuvenating. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday.

Rooms were modern and spacious with beautiful views of the hill station. Location was convenient, close to shopping and nightlife. the food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Service was very slow and staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive. There were several issues with the room including leaking sink, broken bathroom handle and missing items from minibar.

I loved everything about this hotel! From the clean rooms to the convenient parking, everything was perfect. The hotel is located very close to all the tourist places in the city, which made it easy for me to explore without any hassle. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing and I loved the evening atmosphere of the deck.

The hotel is located in a prime location, near the popular market and nightlife area. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The hotel has a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The rooms are cramped and outdated, with poor water pressure in the shower.

The location of this hotel is perfect! I was able to walk to the mall in less than a minute and there were plenty of open areas and the market place nearby. The restaurant by the front office was also very convenient. The service here was exceptional with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service available. The room amenities were great too, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was a nice touch as well. The terrace and garden areas were beautiful and I enjoyed sitting outside on the garden furniture.

I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
